Using YouthPivot

Terms of Service

These terms explain the educational limits of YouthPivot, acceptable use of the site, third-party checkout, digital-product licensing, and ownership of the work.

Last updated: August 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using YouthPivot.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to public pages, downloads, forms, and links made available through YouthPivot.

2. Independent educational resource

YouthPivot is an independent parent-education brand. Ron Million's experience informs the content, but YouthPivot does not represent, speak for, or provide services on behalf of Ron's employer, a court, a probation department, a school, law enforcement, or another government agency.

Examples, scripts, checklists, and guides are general educational resources. Results depend on individual circumstances, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed.

3. Safety, professional help, and emergencies

  • Do not use YouthPivot as a substitute for emergency services, a qualified clinician, an attorney, a school professional, or another appropriate provider.
  • Do not delay urgent help because of something read, watched, or downloaded from YouthPivot.
  • If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate local authority.
  • Health, behavioral, developmental, and legal information should be applied with qualified guidance when the situation requires it.

4. Acceptable use

You may use public YouthPivot content for lawful personal and educational purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site to violate law, harm another person, invade privacy, harass, impersonate, or misrepresent affiliation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, or bypass technical restrictions.
  • Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the site in a way that substitutes for YouthPivot or creates a competing collection.
  • Remove attribution, alter safety warnings, or present YouthPivot content as individualized professional advice.
  • Use YouthPivot's name, logo, likeness, or content to imply endorsement, partnership, or employer affiliation without written permission.

5. Purchases and third-party checkout

YouthPivot currently uses third-party providers, which may include Etsy and Lemon Squeezy, for checkout, payment processing, order records, and digital delivery. A purchase made through a provider is also subject to that provider's terms, privacy policy, payment rules, and any terms shown on the product listing or checkout page. YouthPivot may change checkout providers without changing the educational purpose of this site.

Product descriptions, price, included files, permitted use, refund information, and delivery details shown at checkout control that transaction. Prices and availability may change. YouthPivot does not control every feature, outage, payment decision, or account requirement of an outside platform.

If a download or order has a problem, contact YouthPivot at youthpivot1@gmail.com and include the platform and order details, but never send complete payment-card information.

6. Digital-product license

Unless a product listing expressly grants broader rights, a YouthPivot digital product is licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of the copyright and underlying content does not transfer with the purchase. The product listing or written license controls any household, classroom, professional, team, organization, or multi-user rights.

  • You may download and print the purchased resource for your permitted personal use.
  • You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, sublicense, post publicly, or include the files in another product or membership.
  • Schools, organizations, clinicians, coaches, and other professionals must obtain written permission or an appropriate license before multi-family, staff-wide, client-wide, or commercial use.

7. Public content, citation, and intellectual property

YouthPivot's original text, graphics, videos, guides, downloads, branding, design, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

A limited permission is granted to link to a public YouthPivot page, summarize it accurately, or quote a brief excerpt when YouthPivot or Ron Million is clearly named and the canonical page URL is included. That permission does not include full-page reproduction, paid products, downloadable files, removal of safety context, commercial republication, or an implied endorsement.

Search and AI crawler access is governed by the site's technical crawler rules and the Editorial & AI Citation Policy. Technical access does not transfer copyright or grant an unrestricted license to reproduce or commercialize the content.

8. Messages and user-submitted information

Sending a message does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, probation, consulting, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Do not submit confidential youth records, court documents, medical information, passwords, or emergency information through the website.

You represent that information you submit is yours to provide and does not violate another person's privacy or rights. YouthPivot may decline or remove abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or irrelevant submissions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YouthPivot and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific result. YouthPivot works to correct material errors but cannot guarantee that every page is current for every location or circumstance.

To the extent permitted by law, YouthPivot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an external service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes, severability, and contact

YouthPivot may update these terms as the site, products, or law changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Questions, permissions, or licensing requests can be sent to youthpivot1@gmail.com.
