Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to YouthPivot.com and the public pages, resources, forms, and links provided through it. YouthPivot is an independent parent-education brand created by Ron Million. It is not a government agency and does not represent Ron's employer.

Depending on how you use YouthPivot, information may include:

• Information you provide: your name, email address, subject, message, and any other information you voluntarily include in a contact form or email.
• Email subscription information: your email address and subscription activity when you voluntarily join a YouthPivot email list.
• Website-use information: pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser or device information, referring page, campaign parameters, engagement time, scroll depth, downloads, video or offer interactions, and checkout-link clicks.
• Local browser preference: YouthPivot may store a local flag on Ron's own browser to suppress internal analytics traffic. This does not create a public user account.
• Transaction information from checkout providers: YouthPivot may receive order, buyer-contact, product, and fulfillment information made available by the provider used for a purchase. Current providers may include Etsy and Lemon Squeezy. YouthPivot does not directly collect complete payment-card details through YouthPivot.com.

• Respond to messages, requests, and support questions.
• Deliver requested emails, resources, products, or purchase support.
• Understand which pages and resources are useful to parents.
• Measure traffic, campaigns, downloads, checkout interest, and advertising performance.
• Improve site reliability, content, accessibility, safety, and fraud prevention.
• Maintain records required for business, accounting, security, or legal purposes.

YouthPivot does not sell visitors' names, email addresses, or contact-form messages.

The following providers may receive information under their own privacy terms when their features load or when you use them:

YouthPivot is hosted through Netlify and may load web fonts or other technical assets from outside providers. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request details, and security logs needed to deliver the site.

YouthPivot and its providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, or similar technology. These tools can distinguish browser sessions, measure site use, prevent abuse, and evaluate ads or campaigns. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, and Google advertising preferences can be managed through Google's privacy controls. Blocking these technologies may affect some site features or the accuracy of measurement.

YouthPivot uses direct Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement with Consent Mode. Microsoft Clarity loads only after a visitor allows analytics. Visitors can decline analytics or reopen Privacy choices from the site footer. A checkout-link click is measured as interest; it is not treated as proof of a completed purchase.

If you voluntarily include personal or sensitive details in a message, YouthPivot will use them only as reasonably necessary to respond, protect the site, comply with law, or maintain appropriate records. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

YouthPivot is written for parents, caregivers, educators, and other adults. The site is not directed to children under 13, and YouthPivot does not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may request review or deletion by contacting YouthPivot.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain business or transaction records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods may also depend on the settings and policies of the providers listed above.

YouthPivot uses reasonable safeguards, but no website, email, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message.
• Use browser or device controls to limit cookies, local storage, or tracking.
• Use the privacy controls supplied by Google, Microsoft, the checkout provider, Kit, YouTube, or other providers.
• Ask YouthPivot to review, correct, or delete personal information it controls, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
